- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Industrial Engineer from an ABET accredited school
- Basic understanding of drafting software (preferabbly AutoCAD or SolidWorks or ProE)
- Hands-on technical experience gained through previous internships, university machine shops, or applied engineering teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
salary: $25 - $32 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Evaluation of OEM documentation compared to physical on site spare parts availability.
- Sourcing of spare parts that are obsolete or hard to find.
- Recommended upgrades and retrofits of obsolete parts.
- Communication between OEM and MSIG management.
- Implementation and qualification of upgraded/updated spare parts to improve sustainability.
- Development of downtime tracker pertaining to equipment.
- Evaluation of non planned work orders and development of appropriate PM program based on historical data and/or OEM recommendations.
- Other equipment/facility reliability initiatives as assigned.
Skills
- AutoCAD (6 months of experience is preferred)
- SolidWorks (6 months of experience is preferred)
- drafting software (6 months of experience is preferred)
