What You'll Do

Support & Educate Clients

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Listen to each client's needs, priorities, and questions
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
• Help individuals and families understand their coverage choices
• Provide clear, professional guidance so clients can make informed decisions

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Answer questions before, during, and after enrollment
• Assist existing clients with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
• Provide timely follow-up and ongoing client support

️ Build Long-Term Relationships

• Develop trust through honesty, professionalism, and consistent communication
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and their families
• Identify changing client needs during future benefit reviews
• Provide continued service throughout the client relationship

Manage Your Remote Business

• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
• Manage appointments and follow-up activities
• Use Zoom and online systems to communicate with clients
• Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Have reliable high-speed internet
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable meeting with clients virtually
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
