What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients and their families.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Listen carefully to understand each client's individual needs
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits clearly and professionally
• Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing service and support following enrollment

Build Long-Term Client Relationships

• Create a positive, professional client experience
• Build trust through active listening and thoughtful communication
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients
• Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and service requests

Stay Organized & Professional

• Manage virtual appointments and follow-up activities
