In this role, you'll connect with clients through virtual platforms, helping them understand available supplemental benefits, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process with confidence and care.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help you build a successful long-term career.

As a Digital Benefits Support Specialist , you'll become a trusted resource for clients by providing knowledgeable, professional, and personalized support through virtual communication.
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online communication platforms
Explain available benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
Guide clients through applications and enrollment documentation
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
Build lasting client relationships through professionalism and follow-up
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency
Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
