What You'll Do

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative , you'll focus on helping clients while creating a professional and positive experience from the initial conversation through ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
• Provide clear information to help clients make informed decisions
• Assist clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
• Assist with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication

• Be comfortable using Zoom and online technology
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
